Equipment sourcing with a clear project scope
Learn how 特拼科技 approaches self-service equipment enquiries, configuration review and the evidence needed before a purchasing decision.
Who operates this website
SelfServiceMachines is operated by 特拼科技. The site brings self-service equipment enquiries into a common project-assessment process, from commercial dog wash stations and specialist vending machines to projects involving installation or system integration. Our role on this website is equipment sourcing and requirements coordination. A category listing does not identify us as the manufacturer of every machine shown or establish a factory's authority to make commercial commitments on our behalf.
Start with the operating task
A useful enquiry describes what a customer or employee needs to do at the machine. Buying a packaged product, collecting authorised workplace supplies, using a wash station and ordering a freshly prepared item are different operating tasks. Similar cabinet photographs can conceal different dispensing methods, utilities and maintenance needs.
Tell us your country, site, expected quantity and intended operating format. If the quantity or model is undecided, describe the trial or rollout you have in mind. These details establish what needs to be assessed before a configuration can be compared.
Separate configuration from new development
Standard options, changes to a cabinet, software integration and a new machine concept require different evidence. We use the project brief to distinguish these requests. Describing an integration or printing function on an enquiry does not mean it is already available or that development has been accepted.
The review should identify which requirements can be met by a documented model and which require a demonstration, sample test or further design work. Unresolved requirements need to remain visible in the scope rather than being treated as included features.
Verify the proposed model and responsibilities
Before making a purchasing decision, request a model-specific specification, an appropriate operating demonstration and an explanation of the proposed payment and control system. Product fit, site utilities, access, installation and local service arrangements also need review.
A factory statement or catalogue is a starting point for questions. It is not equivalent to a completed test at your site. The final proposal should identify the equipment, options, exclusions and responsibilities that have actually been confirmed.
Commercial terms belong to the written proposal
This website is a starting point for assessment. A WhatsApp conversation does not reserve equipment, accept an order or confirm a delivery date. Price, payment milestones, shipping scope, installation, warranty and ongoing support must be addressed in the applicable written proposal and agreement.
We do not use a category entry to promise stock across all 20 categories, universal payment compatibility or a guaranteed business return. Where evidence is missing, the next step is to clarify the requirement and the verification needed.
