01

Pay-Per-Spray, Not Bottle Vending

The starting route for this category is a customer paying for an individual fragrance spray. It is not a promise of bottle vending, product manufacture or permission to use a fragrance brand. If your requirement is the sale of sealed bottles, identify that clearly so packaged-product dispensing can be assessed instead.

For a spray project, describe how a customer chooses the fragrance and initiates the spray. Request a demonstration of the actual payment, selection and dispensing sequence before treating a proposed cabinet as suitable.

02

Compare Wall-Mounted and Freestanding Formats

State whether you need a wall-mounted unit or a freestanding cabinet and describe the available space. Include mounting surfaces, access for replenishment, customer reach and the location of any screen, selection controls and spray outlets. These are configuration inputs, not confirmation that every format is available.

Ask for drawings of the proposed unit and a demonstration of service access. A cabinet that fits the front elevation may still need additional clearance to open panels, replace containers or maintain the spray system.

03

Refilling, Nozzles & Consumables

Identify the intended liquids, their source and the proposed refill containers. Ask the supplier to document compatibility with the dispensing path and to demonstrate spray consistency, leakage handling, blockage recovery and the separation of different fragrances. Product labels and cabinet artwork require their own permission review.

Clarify who will refill and clean the machine, what instructions apply and which components are treated as consumables. Do not infer fluid compatibility or a cleaning method from a promotional video featuring a different liquid or nozzle arrangement.

04

Location, Pricing & Payment Planning

The site operator defines the customer price, placement and commercial model. Provide the location type, customer access and any restrictions set by the property operator. A machine quotation does not establish demand, rental terms or a payback period.

For electronic payment, identify the operating country and merchant entity. Ask how payment authorises a spray and how a paid transaction with no completed spray is identified and handled. Merchant onboarding, settlement and exception handling need to be checked for the proposed payment configuration.

05

What Changes the Equipment Quote

Separate the cabinet, number of spray outlets, display, payment hardware, language requirements, packaging and spare components in the requested scope. Ask which options are documented for the model and which would require a modification or further testing.

Include the intended liquids and refill arrangement in the review; a quotation for hardware alone may not cover consumables, labels or their ongoing supply. Confirm installation and support responsibilities as separate line items. This page does not provide a verified equipment price or delivery promise.

06

Submit Your Spray Vending Requirements

Submit the site and country, preferred mounting format, number of fragrances, source of the liquids, expected quantity and purchasing window. Describe who will perform refilling and cleaning and whether the project is a pilot or a broader rollout.

In your WhatsApp conversation, include space, power, network and payment preferences. Describe the fragrance containers and discuss which images or samples would help clarify the requested configuration. The next decision is whether a proposed configuration has suitable evidence for your intended operation.
