Record the proposed liquid source, containers and fragrance assortment. Ask the supplier to identify the dispensing components and the information needed to assess the intended materials. A working demonstration with one liquid does not establish compatibility with every fragrance you might later use.

Keep sample identity and configuration version in the test record. If the liquid, container or dispensing part changes, agree which checks need to be repeated before treating previous observations as applicable.

Request a controlled demonstration of the normal sequence using the agreed samples. Record dispensing consistency as observed, visible leakage, unintended release and any interrupted operation. Agree the acceptance criteria rather than inventing a universal performance threshold.

Keep unsuccessful observations in the record and ask how the proposed system indicates a problem to the customer or operator. A single successful spray is not sufficient evidence of the complete replenishment and service workflow.

Ask for the documented procedure, suitable materials, required precautions and the role authorised to perform each task. Review how the operator identifies containers and avoids mixing up the assortment. Do not substitute a general cleaning recipe for the supplier's instructions.

Include the handling of a fragrance change in the discussion. Ask what checks address residual odour or cross-contamination and what evidence supports the proposed procedure. Any relevant material or handling requirements need review for the actual liquids and equipment.

Record the unit, date, liquid or consumable batch where relevant, work performed, observed condition and follow-up action. Identify replacement parts by the configuration they fit and clarify the route for technical assistance.
