01
How Self-Service Dog Washing Works
Plan around an owner-operated wash station: the owner guides the dog and controls the washing process. This brief does not specify an enclosed automatic animal-washing machine. Before selecting equipment, document how a session starts, how the customer selects a function, and how they stop the session or request help.
Ask for a continuous demonstration of the proposed model, from payment through washing and drying to shutdown. Review the controls, instructions and response to interruption with the supplier and the site operator. A drawing or promotional image cannot establish animal safety or emergency-stop performance. The final operating sequence must match the supplied model and the site's supervision arrangements.
02
Choose a Configuration for Your Site
Start with the operating setting: an indoor pet-care area, an outdoor station, or an addition to an existing car wash. State whether customers will pay for each session or use the station as an included amenity. These choices define the configuration questions; they are not a list of features already available.
Record the intended hot-water arrangement, payment preference and exposure to weather. Ask the supplier to identify which requirements are included, optional, unsupported or still awaiting a test. For paid use, verify the terminal, acquiring account, currency and refund process for the destination country. Keep an unresolved option out of the final equipment specification until it is supported by model-specific evidence.
03
Water, Drainage, Power & Space
Send a dimensioned site sketch showing the proposed equipment footprint, customer approach and access for service. Include photographs of the water connection, drainage route and electrical supply. Describe whether the site already has a hot-water supply and identify any constraints on routing services to the station.
Do not design foundations or order utility work from a generic product image. Request the installation drawing and electrical requirements for the selected model, then have the local installer check them against the actual site. Outdoor projects also need a review of weather exposure and the intended operating season. Space, power and water-temperature values remain model-specific inputs rather than universal specifications.
04
Cleaning, Hair Removal & Service Access
Assign an operator for routine cleaning, hair removal and replenishment of consumables before purchasing. Ask the supplier to demonstrate how each relevant compartment is accessed, what must be isolated before service, and which tasks require a trained technician. Confirm how consumables are identified and replaced without assuming compatibility across suppliers.
The service review should include access to wear parts, replacement instructions, fault reporting and a route to local assistance. Request an operating and maintenance schedule for the proposed configuration. Record who will respond when the station cannot safely continue a session, including outside staffed hours. Service responsibility must be agreed explicitly; a remote supplier contact is not evidence of local repair coverage.
05
Equipment Price vs Installed Project Cost
Compare an equipment quotation with a separate installed-project budget. The equipment line should identify the model and included options. Add packaging, transport, import handling, site preparation, utility work, installation and commissioning as separate items with a named party responsible for each estimate.
Allow for payment-service charges, consumables, routine maintenance and local operating costs when assessing the project. An advertised machine price does not establish a delivered or operational cost. We have not published a verified model price or a payback promise here. Request a dated quotation with currency, trade terms, exclusions and validity once the site and configuration have been reviewed.

Send Your Dog Wash Site Brief
Contact us on WhatsApp with your country and city, site type, indoor or outdoor location, planned quantity and purchasing timeline. Include the site's available space, utilities and preferred payment approach. If you are still choosing a location, say so; a location study and an installation-ready project require different next steps.
Useful follow-up material includes a site sketch, non-sensitive photographs, the desired hot-water arrangement, intended pet-size range and the person responsible for maintenance. Unknown answers can remain open questions. The next step is a configuration review and an evidence request for a suitable model. This page does not establish stock availability, a confirmed delivery date or approval for your installation.
