Separate utility needs by equipment route
Wet-area projects need an assessment of the relevant water, drainage and cleaning arrangements. Refrigerated equipment needs review of its documented environmental and ventilation conditions. Heated preparation introduces a different set of site and operating questions. Dry-product vending should be assessed on its own requirements. Do not apply one installation value across all categories.
Define the work boundary
List who provides site works, connections, positioning, fixing, commissioning and operator instruction. Distinguish the equipment scope from property management, local contractors and the site's operating team. Remote support should not be assumed to include local labour or permission to alter a building. Unresolved site questions should remain visible in the proposal.
Agree the handover checks
Identify the documents and observations needed to confirm that the agreed installation scope is complete. Include equipment identity, configuration, user sequence, routine maintenance access and the process for reporting outstanding items. Can the equipment footprint replace the maintenance clearance?

Does remote support include local labour?

How is arrival different from completed installation acceptance?
Receiving the shipment is distinct from completing installation or accepting all operating requirements. Installation is included when the delivery scope names it.
