Project and site identification
Send the country, site operator, equipment route, quantity plan and survey date. Mark anything still open, and leave an unknown value open. Record the source or observation status, the responsible role, and the next step for each input.

Utilities and route-specific review
Record the electrical supply and its reviewer, network availability and its owner, and the environmental conditions. Confirm cooling or ventilation requirements. Add water supply and drainage, or a heat and preparation review, only when the route requires them. Mark irrelevant fields as not applicable.
Operation and acceptance
Record the products, materials or user task, the payment or authorisation route, replenishment and cleaning responsibilities, the required operating demonstration, interrupted-cycle and fault checks, the documents for local review, and the acceptance authority. Keep open questions with an owner and a next action. Keep a copy with the proposed configuration.
