Discuss an equipment sourcing relationship

Discuss your equipment market, customer sites, trial requirements and local support capabilities with 特拼科技. Distribution terms require a separate agreement.

Describe the market you can serve

A distributor discussion starts with the customers, operating sites and service coverage you can describe. Identify the country, equipment categories and the organisations you already work with. Distinguish an established customer relationship from a market you hope to enter. A list of possible locations is useful context, but it does not establish committed demand.

Explain who will demonstrate equipment, translate operating information, arrange local installation and respond when a customer needs help. If those responsibilities belong to partners, identify the proposed division of work and what still needs to be agreed.

Define a trial before discussing a rollout

Describe the purpose of the first machine or demonstration. State which product samples, payment workflow, site conditions and customer tasks the trial must assess. Agree what observations will support a decision to order additional units and how unresolved findings will be handled.

Keep equipment evaluation separate from sales targets. A successful demonstration does not establish demand at every proposed location, and an indicative purchasing plan does not reserve stock. Ask for the exact configuration and scope being offered for the trial.

Separate commercial and support responsibilities

A proposal should identify which organisation sells to the end customer, receives payment, arranges shipping, provides installation and handles warranty questions. Clarify the documents, training and spare parts included in the proposed scope and the work that requires a separate agreement.

Discuss how local technicians will obtain model-specific instructions and escalate faults. Identify who keeps customer and equipment records, who can access software accounts and how support continues if a relationship ends. Do not assume that purchasing equipment includes unrestricted software access or on-site service.

Discuss terms without assuming an appointment

Share your business background, target categories, customer types, local service arrangements and intended evaluation timeline on WhatsApp. Explain any territory or channel conditions you want to discuss so they can be considered explicitly.

This page is an invitation to discuss a sourcing relationship. It does not offer a franchise, grant exclusivity, promise free equipment or appoint an authorised distributor. Branding permission, territory, minimum purchases, service obligations and termination terms require a specific written agreement between the relevant parties.
