Flower Vending Restocking & Stock Rotation
Plan flower vending visits, bouquet rotation, cleaning and stock records using the tested assortment and observations from your location.
Keep a versioned bouquet assortment
Record the actual bouquets planned for the machine, including wrapping, container use and dimensions relevant to loading and collection. Identify seasonal or supplier changes that could alter the fit or presentation. A new bouquet format should be reviewed rather than assumed equivalent to an earlier sample.
Agree how the site team recognises the correct compartment and product description. Keep loading records connected to the assortment version so observations from different formats are not combined without explanation.
Plan visits around observable conditions
Start with the site's access rules and the people responsible for replenishment. Record stock at each visit, sales information available, unsold items and any observed condition issues. Use these observations to revise the visit plan.
Do not promise a fixed replenishment interval before the assortment and location have been evaluated. A remote stock indication, if available on the proposed configuration, should be checked against the physical stock and the quality assessment performed by the operator.
Define handling and cleaning responsibilities
Use the supplier's documented loading and cleaning procedures for the actual model. Clarify how the team handles containers, packaging, spills and material left after collection. Identify what can be done during routine visits and what requires service support.
For any temperature-controlled proposal, ask how conditions are recorded and how an interruption is handled. This page does not set a flower-storage temperature or freshness guarantee; the assortment, equipment evidence and operator's handling requirements need their own review.
Use a replenishment log for the next decision
A useful log records the visit date, assortment, quantity loaded and remaining, removals, observed issues and next action. Compare successive observations before changing the product mix or expanding to additional sites.
Discuss the bouquet formats, access hours and planned staffing on WhatsApp. Replenishment planning should help identify fit, presentation and service questions; it does not establish a guaranteed sell-through rate, shelf life or financial result.
