When you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, contact details, company and equipment requirements. We use it to respond, assess your project, prepare proposals and manage the resulting business relationship. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or unrelated sensitive information.

Requests to our website and its service providers include technical information such as the requested address, IP address and browser information. These requests enable content delivery, troubleshooting and security. The website may store a language preference and display preferences in your browser. Staff sign-in uses authentication cookies. The public equipment contact flow does not submit an RFQ or create a website enquiry record.

We use Plausible analytics through analytics.platinumbear.ai to understand website visits and interactions, including clicks on WhatsApp contact links. Analytics can include page addresses, referral sources, browser and device categories, approximate location and campaign information. Our click event records the link placement, page path and page language; it does not include the contents of a WhatsApp conversation. Plausible is designed to measure traffic without analytics cookies. Its product data policy is available at https://plausible.io/data-policy. Our configured analytics endpoint is separate from Plausible’s hosted service.

Selecting a WhatsApp contact link opens WhatsApp with an optional equipment message. You decide whether to send it. WhatsApp processes information under its own terms and privacy policy. The website separately counts contact-route requests by day and equipment page or category; these counts do not record messages or establish that a conversation occurred. Email, hosting and analytics services also process information needed to deliver their services.

Information is used by Tepin Technology and service providers as needed to operate the website and respond to equipment enquiries. Our team is based in China; contacting us may involve processing information in China and in countries where the communication services operate. We retain enquiry information for the business purpose for which it was provided and applicable record-keeping needs. You can contact jacklau@SelfServiceMachines.com to ask about information we hold, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop optional follow-up. We may need to verify the request and retain records where required for legal obligations or unresolved business matters.
