Information and equipment scope
A category entry or project discussion does not confirm stock, an available model, a delivery date or suitability for a particular site. Specifications, product compatibility, payment arrangements, installation and support require review for the proposed configuration. A requested modification or integration is not automatically an accepted development project. Keep confirmed requirements, unresolved questions and exclusions distinct when discussing the scope.
Enquiries and written agreements
Starting a WhatsApp conversation opens a project discussion; it does not reserve equipment, accept an order or confirm commercial terms. Any proposal should identify the equipment, options, evidence, exclusions and responsibilities actually offered. Price, payment milestones, freight, installation, acceptance and warranty terms belong in the applicable written proposal and agreement. The written proposal and agreement are the project-specific record.
Information you submit
Provide information relevant to the equipment review and use contact details through which the project can be discussed. Do not include account credentials, identity records or unrelated confidential material. Arrange necessary drawings or samples through the subsequent project conversation. Only share material you are authorised to provide. A project discussion does not grant rights to third-party merchandise, trademarks, photographs or software. Those permissions and responsibilities require their own review.
