Outdoor Bait Vending Site Checklist

Prepare an outdoor bait vending site review covering exposure, installation, product conditions, fault response and local servicing access.

Describe the exact outdoor position

Record the proposed site and its exposure, including shelter, surrounding surfaces, customer access and replenishment route. Provide photographs and relevant site information that you are authorised to share. Distinguish a sheltered position from a fully exposed installation.

Ask for model-specific evidence covering the proposed use. An outdoor-use label does not establish an enclosure rating or suitability at every location.

Review installation with the responsible site team

Obtain the offered dimensions, service clearances and installation instructions. Ask the responsible installer and venue team to review mounting, power, connectivity and access at the actual position. Record unresolved conditions and the party responsible for each.

Do not improvise electrical or fixing arrangements from a marketing photograph. Equipment selection and local installation review are separate decisions even when the cabinet appears to fit the available space.

Match product conditions to fault handling

Provide the intended product and its documented handling requirements. If controlled storage is part of the proposal, ask what the machine records, which faults it indicates and how sales are handled during an agreed fault demonstration. Identify who decides what happens to affected stock.

Live-bait holding capability requires its own assessment. An enclosure claim or cooling feature does not verify the product-specific operating conditions of a live-material project.

Plan visits and access when something fails

Name the local operator, venue contact and service provider. Agree access outside normal refill visits and how equipment is marked unavailable while a problem is investigated. Keep stock inspections and servicing responsibilities separate from any unverified remote-monitoring feature.

Share the country, site photographs, product format and expected service route on WhatsApp. Outdoor suitability should follow the offered model’s evidence and the reviewed location, not a generic weather-resistant claim.
