Trading Card Vending Acceptance Tests
Plan trading card vending acceptance tests for product delivery, packaging condition, failed transactions and documented corrective actions.
Agree the test record and criteria
Identify the machine, configuration, software version and representative packaged products. Define what a successful selection, payment, release and collection look like for the proposed assortment. Agree the number and conditions of observations before testing.
Keep the acceptance criteria tied to the project. This guide does not supply an invented success-rate target or certify a model. Retain the actual observations and the products not tested so the result can be interpreted within its limits.
Follow the complete delivery cycle
Record the selected product, its initial condition, the customer sequence and the item collected. Inspect the packaging and product condition against the agreed criteria. Include loading and replenishment observations relevant to repeat operation.
Document unsuccessful release, incorrect collection and any manual intervention. Ask the supplier to use its documented test procedure; do not force a mechanism or bypass protective features to create an exception.
Reconcile unsuccessful cycles with payment
Use the agreed test payment arrangement to compare the machine's result with the payment-provider status. Identify how the customer asks for help, which records the operator can see and who can approve a correction or refund.
Keep the transaction test reference without recording payment credentials. A failed release, cancelled payment and customer collection issue are different cases and may require different evidence. Agree how each relevant case will be demonstrated and recorded.
Record protection and follow-up limits
Review the supplier's documented locks, access, fixing and service arrangements with the proposed site responsibilities. Any specialised security testing requires an appropriate agreed procedure; a routine vending demonstration is not a general security certification.

A completed checklist should support a specific purchasing decision, not an unsupported claim of damage-free delivery or guaranteed protection in every location.
