Trading Card Packaging & Dispensing Compatibility

List the actual products to be sold: individual protected cards, packs, boxes or other sealed units. Record dimensions, weight and protective packaging for each sample. Identify which visible condition requirements matter to the customer at collection.

Use the packaged sale unit rather than the dimensions of the contents alone. A configuration demonstrated with one box does not establish that a thinner pack or a differently protected card will load, release and arrive in the same condition.

Ask how the exact configuration holds the product, separates selections and presents the item for collection. Review loading and service access with the operator who will replenish it. Request a demonstration using the representative assortment.

Do not choose a dispensing arrangement solely from a product photograph or a generic capacity figure. Record the tested combination and limits, including products that were not assessed, before treating the proposed layout as suitable for the full assortment.

Agree what the reviewer will inspect before and after each test. Include packaging integrity, visible marking, crushing or bending relevant to the sample. Record unsuccessful releases and collection problems alongside successful cycles.

For higher-value products, discuss the site, access and proposed protective arrangements separately from product fit. Neither a successful release nor a cabinet description establishes protection against every form of loss or tampering.

Maintain a sample list linked to the configuration and test record. Revisit fit and acceptance checks when the packaging, supplier or product format changes rather than assuming that the same product name describes an identical sale unit.

Share the country, intended site, assortment and sample dimensions on WhatsApp. The discussion should identify the samples needed for a fit review; it does not confirm compatibility or availability before the proposed equipment and packaging have been assessed together.
