Cosmetic Vending Product Fit Checklist

Prepare separate sample records for bottles, boxes, tubes and flexible pouches. Include the complete sale unit’s dimensions, weight, orientation and protective packaging. Describe any presentation requirements and handling instructions supplied with the product.

Do not extend a result from a rigid carton to an unboxed bottle or a flexible bag. Ask which delivery arrangement is proposed for each package and what product variants remain untested.

Agree the loading arrangement and observe selection, release and collection with actual samples. Record damaged packaging, changes in product position, leaks or other visible defects, and identify cases that cannot be evaluated in the demonstration.

Compare observations against acceptance criteria agreed for the product. A successful mechanical release alone does not establish that the sale unit reaches the customer in acceptable condition.

Provide the supplier with the product owner’s documented storage requirements and the conditions expected at the proposed site. Ask which conditions the offered machine can monitor or control and what evidence supports that description. Do not infer product suitability from a display light or a cabinet label.

Identify who reviews product dates, packaging information and the authorised use of product images. Machine sourcing does not establish permission to sell a brand or reproduce its artwork.

Tie the sample record to the offered compartment, machine version and loading arrangement. Keep unresolved items, required changes and retest evidence with the proposal. Include replenishment access and the operator’s response to damaged stock in the handover discussion.

Share the country, intended product list and package information on WhatsApp. Approval of one tested package should remain specific to that package and configuration rather than becoming a blanket claim of cosmetic compatibility.
