Ice Vending Site & Utility Requirements
Review ice vending site access, water, power, drainage and servicing needs against the proposed production, storage and collection process.
Describe where each part of the process happens
Start with the selected ice route. Identify production, storage, bagging, customer collection and replenishment, naming the party responsible for each. Explain which of those tasks the proposed machine performs and which depend on the site or a supplier.
A site review should use that sequence together with model-specific drawings. Do not infer the utility and servicing requirements of an on-site production system from a cabinet that only sells delivered packages.
Review utilities and operating conditions
Ask the appropriate local installer to compare the available services with the proposed model requirements. Record water, power and drainage items where they apply, along with the conditions used for any stated output performance. Keep unspecified conditions as questions for the supplier.
This guide does not prescribe electrical ratings, water treatment, drainage dimensions or output capacity. Those details require the selected model's documentation and a site-specific technical review, including the responsible local personnel.
Check delivery, collection and maintenance access
Show how the equipment reaches its position and where customers collect the product. Identify the access needed for replenishment, cleaning, inspection and repair. Review the proposed installation and any site work with the parties carrying it out.
Clarify who responds to a stoppage, checks product condition and decides when operation can resume under the applicable procedure. A reachable internet connection or an available dashboard does not replace the need for the agreed local service arrangements.
Track readiness as a list of resolved items
Record each site requirement, owner, evidence reference and current outcome. Update the review when the location, process or machine configuration changes. Keep commissioning and local operating requirements separate from observations made at the supplier's premises.
Discuss the country, route, site layout and available services on WhatsApp. The purpose is to identify the remaining checks before a configuration is agreed, not to certify the site as suitable or confirm that a machine can be installed without further work.
