Water Vending Maintenance Responsibilities
Assign water vending maintenance, consumable replacement, metering checks and stop-supply decisions using the offered model’s instructions.
Build a task list from the offered configuration
Record the model, source-water arrangement and included treatment or dispensing functions. Obtain the corresponding maintenance and cleaning documents. For every task in those documents, name the responsible person and distinguish operator work from specialist service.
Keep the supplier’s specified conditions and references with the task list. This page does not prescribe a universal filter-change interval, cleaning method or water-testing schedule.
Track consumables and service evidence
Identify the exact consumable references and the configuration in which they are used. Record installation or replacement dates, the task performed and any observation requiring follow-up. Ask who supplies replacements and what must be reviewed if the specified item is unavailable.
Do not infer interchangeability from a similar-looking cartridge. Keep maintenance records separate from water-quality evidence; completion of a service task alone does not establish the dispensed water’s suitability.
Assign metering and water-assessment responsibilities
Identify the responsible parties for source and output assessment and for verifying dispensed volume under an agreed method. Keep test references, conditions, dates and the applicable acceptance basis with the project record. Local specialist review should determine the requirements for the specific installation.
A dashboard reading or a successful payment does not replace these checks. Record any capability that the proposed equipment cannot monitor itself.
Define stop-supply and return-to-service decisions
Ask the supplier to demonstrate relevant fault indications using an approved procedure. Record who responds, how customers are informed and who can decide that the unit is ready to return to service. Keep unresolved product or supply questions open even if the machine restarts.
