01
Capsule Format & Size Matching
Start with the capsule you intend to sell. Record its dimensions, shape, weight and how the contents affect balance or closure. Include variation between product batches if more than one capsule format will be used. A nominal capsule size alone does not establish compatibility with a proposed mechanism.
Request a loading and repeated-release demonstration using representative samples. Record the configuration and any adjustment needed for each capsule. This category concerns conventional capsule-toy retail, not an assumed high-value prize or gambling system.
02
Mechanical Coin or Electronic Payment
State whether you need a mechanical coin-operated unit or electronic payment. For coin operation, identify the intended coin or token and request a demonstration with it. For electronic payment, identify the operating country, merchant arrangement and required customer flow.
Do not treat electronic payment as a standard feature of every capsule unit. Ask which configuration supports it and how an interrupted transaction or failed release is handled. Compare the full operating arrangement, including collection and reconciliation, rather than comparing cabinet appearance alone.
03
Single Units and Multi-Machine Layouts
Provide the proposed number of units per location and the space available for the display. Consider customer access, the collection opening, replenishment access and the supplier's documented fixing or stand arrangement. Adjacent machines may compete for service space even when their footprints fit on a plan.
For a larger display, request a layout showing how units are secured and accessed independently. Confirm whether any linked operation, shared payment or common management feature is actually included; a row of cabinets does not establish system integration.
04
Refilling, Locks & Multi-Site Maintenance
Define the replenishment route, responsible staff and the process for collecting cash where relevant. Record who holds keys, who may open each unit and how changes of operator are handled. A multi-site rollout needs a repeatable record of visits, stock and faults.
Ask for the maintenance instructions and wear-component list for the proposed mechanism. Include the response to a jam and the checks before returning the unit to use. Do not assume that operating without a staffed sales counter eliminates routine inspection or customer support.
05
Samples, Branding & Commercial Scope
Supply representative capsules for a fit review and describe the artwork intended for the cabinet and display. Merchandise sourcing and permission to use product brands or character images require a separate check from equipment compatibility. A vending unit does not grant those rights.
The quotation should identify the unit configuration, coin or payment setup, stands or fixtures, packaging and agreed spares. State any installation or local servicing support you require. Avoid treating a sample test as confirmation that every capsule or branded product may be sold through the same setup.
06
Request a Multi-Site Configuration Review
Submit the country, number of sites, units per site and capsule formats. Include the intended payment route, who will replenish and service the equipment and the purchasing window. If locations differ, describe the relevant layout and access differences.
For an initial trial, state which questions need to be answered before rollout, such as sample fit, replenishment workload or payment handling. Share the written requirements through WhatsApp and agree which capsule images or physical samples are needed to check fit, loading and reliable release. Supply and final configuration remain subject to review.
