01
Packaged Supplies vs Bulk Refill
The primary route here is selling packaged detergent, softener and other laundry supplies. State whether customers will collect a sealed bag or box, or whether you are asking for liquid to be dispensed into a container. Bulk refill requires a different handling and measurement review and is not an assumed feature of a packaged-supply cabinet.
Keep these routes separate in the enquiry. Evidence that a machine can vend a packet does not establish pump compatibility, refill accuracy or cleaning requirements for a liquid system.
02
Fit Detergent, Softener & Other Packages
Prepare a sample list covering each product's final bag, box or other package. Record dimensions, weight, flexibility and any features that can catch during delivery. Include the smallest and largest units and identify whether packages change between suppliers or promotions.
Request a fit test using the proposed delivery mechanism. Observe loading, release and collection, including repeated cycles with flexible packages. A nominal channel width is only one part of compatibility; the test should identify the setup and the limits for each sample.
03
Choose a Laundromat Placement
Describe where the cabinet will sit within the laundromat and how customers and replenishment staff will reach it. Record available space, access for doors or panels, nearby equipment and any environmental concerns relevant to the packaged products. The arrangement should be assessed for the specific store.
Identify who will replenish stock and how often they can visit. Where multiple stores are involved, provide the differences between locations rather than assuming that one layout, fixing arrangement or service-access plan will suit them all.
04
Payment & Existing System Interfaces
Choose whether the cabinet will take payment independently or needs to work with the laundromat's existing system. For an independent setup, identify the country, merchant and payment preferences. For integration, describe the existing provider and the connection you expect between the systems.
An interface needs documentation, permission and a test scope; a cabinet's electronic-payment option is not evidence of compatibility with every laundry platform. Agree how a payment with no completed delivery is recorded, who handles the customer request and how the incident is reconciled.
05
Capacity, Maintenance & Quote Inputs
Ask for capacity based on the actual product list and channel setup, including usable stock per selection and any restrictions needed for reliable delivery. Describe the restocking route and how stock will be secured and checked. A headline capacity is not a substitute for the assortment-specific layout.
Clarify cleaning, wear components and the support route for a jam or failed release. Separate equipment, payment configuration, installation, packing, transport and spares in the quotation. Neither a fixed capacity nor a current price is established by this page.
06
Request a Packaged-Supply Fit Review
Provide the installation country, number of stores, expected units per store and the products you intend to sell. Include written package dimensions, the proposed cabinet location and who will manage replenishment. If the project starts in one store, describe what the pilot needs to prove before expansion.
Discuss power, network and payment details on WhatsApp. Identify the proposed retail setting and agree which package photographs or samples are needed to assess product handling and customer collection. The review should confirm the product-to-machine fit before a final equipment scope is offered.
