Combo Vending Cashless & Failed Vend Tests

Test combo vending payment and product delivery together, including failed vends, transaction records, refunds and operator follow-up.

Define success as payment and delivery together

For each agreed sample purchase, record the selected product, requested amount, payment result and physical delivery observation. A successful authorisation and a completed vend are different events. Ask how the offered machine and payment service link their records for the same attempt.

Use the exact controller, terminal, account arrangement and software proposed for the project. The broader payment integration review belongs alongside this product-delivery assessment.

Observe a failed vend using an agreed procedure

Ask the supplier to demonstrate a supported failed-delivery test method without unsafe intervention. Record the customer message, product result, machine event and payment status. Identify cases the demonstration cannot reproduce and leave them open.

Do not assume that a delivery sensor proves every package reached the customer or that a failed vend always results in an automatic reversal. The offered combination needs evidence of its actual behaviour.

Assign reconciliation and recovery ownership

Clarify who can examine the machine record, provider transaction and customer report. Ask which party initiates any supported refund or reversal and what reference it needs. Keep processing rules and timing tied to the applicable provider arrangement.

Document the response to a repeated or interrupted attempt through the agreed test environment. A general cashless-payment description should not substitute for evidence of the particular exception being reviewed.

Retain evidence before extending the rollout

Use a test record with expected result, actual observation, evidence reference, reviewer and open action. Keep failed cases alongside later retests and identify which changes require the check again. Confirm the local support route while an issue remains unresolved.

Share the country, payment proposal, product samples and target installation on WhatsApp. The objective is a traceable purchase and recovery process, not a claim that displaying a payment logo guarantees successful vending.
